Recent Crime


Crime: Assault On the beach sand opposite C Street Date: 1230am - 1am 4/9/2007
Three white males assaulted the victim on the beach near the waters edge.  The victim described the men as being in their 20's with military looking short hair.  One was described as being blonde about 5' 10" and the other two had dark hair and were around 5' 8" tall.  The victim indicated being choked, knocked to the ground and kicked.  The victim refused medical treatment.  Police are seeking your tips to help solve this crime.

Crime: Hit & Run 515 Winnacunnet Road Date: 230pm - 3pm 4/12/2007
The victim's work truck was parked at the roadside.  A dark colored Pickup Truck traveling east struck the work truck while it was parked causing damage.  The Pickup Truck never stopped to report the crash.  Police are looking for your tips to help solve this crime.

Crime: Theft 215 Towle Farm Road Date: 3/14/2007 - 4/14/2007
The victim reported the theft of a Giant Iguana Mountain Bike.  The bike was purple with metal speckles in the paint.  Police are seeking information to identify the perpetrator.

Crime: Illegal Dumping Hardart's Way Date: 3pm 4/8/2007 - 12am 4/9/2007
Someone dumped a load of demolition debris on the ground near the gates to Public Works.  Police are seeking witnesses or your tips to help solve this crime.

Crime: Theft 707 Ocean Blvd Date: 6pm 4/12/2007 - 7am 4/13/2007
Someone stole a license plate from a parked car.

Crime: Theft Hobbs Road, Dearborn Ave Date: 4/11/2007 - 4/12/2007
Several residents reported that someone had rummaged through their unlocked cars during the overnight period.  Some small items were reported missing and some minor damage.  Please report any suspicious activity you might see.

Bigdog Model K9 Motorcycle

Crime: Theft 105 Winnacunnet Road Date: 7pm 2/12/2007 - 7pm 2/13/2007
A Red 2006 Bigdog K9 motorcycle was stolen from a common condo storage area.  This is a custom one of a kind paint scheme.  This is a photo of the actual bike that was taken.  It would take a large vehicle and one or two people to move the bike out of the storage area.  If you have information please call Hampton Police or CrimeLine.
$5000.00 Reward - The owner has posted a reward for the return of his property - $5000.00.
